Our history

Warehouse United Workplace Supplies

2008

United formed through merger of three regional suppliers.

One Stop Supplies, Origin, and Hertsmere Group join forces to become a UK-wide office and business supplies company.

2009

Logistics scaled to support national contracts.

Unified warehousing, invested in a delivery fleet, and secured the first national FM contract.

2010-11

Strategic acquisitions and new service divisions.
Expanded reach across Wales and the South through acquisition; launched secure shredding and interiors divisions.

2012

New HQ and nationwide logistics infrastructure. Headquarters relocated to Milton Keynes; significant investment in national delivery capability.

2015-16

Technology and print services added.

Launched Managed Print and Technology divisions with new specialists and regional partners.

2022

BOSS Award: Service Provider of the Year.
National recognition for service excellence, backed by dedicated teams and streamlined operations.

2024

Expanded UK footprint and accreditations.
Opened Bristol satellite office and achieved ISO 45001 certification and Weaver sustainability accreditation.

2025

Launching United Workplace Supplies with a new brand, website and refreshed positioning, solidifying United UK's position as a premier supplier to business.
